N°26 Christmas 2025 Special Earrings

Every morning at just around 5am, my local family of crows begins their deeply spiritual practice of screaming outside my bedroom window. They don’t miss a day. Rain or shine, they gather in the same tree above me like a feathery alarm clock with no snooze button.

And yet… I adore them.

Crows, after all, are nature’s sly philosophers — they recognize faces, use tools, hold grudges (a bit too relatable), and have an ecological role that keeps forests alive and healthy. 

So, to honor my early-morning tormentors-slash-muses, I made these crow-inspired earrings.

Each pair features a Indian chalcedony - oceanic milky ethereal, tiny Indian peridots & Brazilian agates, like small forest fruits and the entire earrings are set into a silver-plated base from Istanbul & Seoul.

Altogether, they form an 6.6cm long ode to cleverness, resilience, and the kind of beauty that squawks you awake before sunrise.

So if you, too, have a soft spot for tricksters — feathered or otherwise — these earrings are a quiet wink (and maybe a bit of forgiveness) toward the crows who keep our ecosystems, and our mornings, alive.
