No70 Mother's Day 2022 Special Set

One should not have a favourite child, but here it is: this is one of my favourites pieces of the Mother’s Day special sets- and an homage to Australia’s heart - Uluru.

The sumptuous warmth of the desert rose, cantaloupe, tangerine, walnut & orange-red earth hues married off with a good amount silver, simply look and feel stunning. The focal point of the necklace is a cluster of Botswana Agates, but the 250 million-year-old Ammonite fossil from Morocco also draws your eye in easily. Just let the thought sink in – you are wearing something on your neck that has lived 250 million years ago in the ocean (today’s closest relatives are Nautilus mollusks). While this subtle colour palette is serious eye candy alone, this statement necklace also lives through the contrasting shapes of the many different semi-precious stones. This sleek necklace looks sensational with a black jumper or that white summer linen shirt.
