N°66 Mother's Day 2024 Special Set

Nothing says Australia more than a turquoise colour palette, juxtaposed by warm earthy hues and plenty of rich warm gold. For me, having worked as a Marine Biologist for 25 years has imprinted that coastal turquoise - earth feeling onto my soul permanently, but I know this combination is universally loved. 

I used lots of Turqouse, Agate, ocean Jasper,  Sea Sediment Jasper, Tiger Eye & chocolate brown pearls in this oceanic piece, complimented with lots of rich 22k gold-plated pieces.  I also included an Ammonite from Morocco, which creates the perfect bridge from an oceanic creature that is now found as a fossil in the earth. Paying homage to life on earth well before us - some 250 million years old – this Ammonite is still showing off its beauty and intricacy in incredible detail. 

Just let the thought sink in – you are wearing something on your neck that has lived 250 million years ago on in the ocean (today’s closest relatives are Nautilus mollusks).
One of  best things about the necklace is that can be transformed from a length, to a mid-length and for most women even two short necklaces by taking out any of the components ( which may even work as extra bracelets depending on your wrist size).
