The focal points of this set are the most stunning German Solnhofen dendrites . These are actually not fossils- no matter how much your brain tells you that you are seeing fossilised plants. These are 60- 140 million year old chemical “paintings” created through iron (brown) and manganese oxide (black) rich waters crystallising out in microscopic cracks in the limestone. So extraordinary! Jurassic painting jewellery anyone? Of course there is also some stunning Onyx, Lava, Agates & Tourmaline and lost of silver to balance the dendrites in this contemporary stunner.
