No 86 Christmas 2023 Special Set

On offer are 4 pairs of earrings - each one a perfect gift for yourself or a loved one at almost half the usual retail price!  Each pair comes individually gift wrapped with a little card that describes the origin of its stones (and for some please see further images below):

Top left:
Amethysts, making love to Green Onyx, Fossilized Sea lilies & Agates. The rectangle bars, which anchor the entire composition, are not only of a scrumptious purple but were exquisitely faceted by a stone artisan in Jaipur. They are not dyed or heat treated like so many Amethysts today are- so you see the natural shades of purple with tiny so-called “imperfections” and not the homogeneous purple window glass type that is so prevalent.  These are really quite light-weight given the amount of gemstones and I achieved that by just using jewellery wire to mount everything. If it ever gets bent out of shape you can GENTLY bend it back into shape (6.2cm short arm- 7.9cm long arm; 1/10 limited edition pair).

Top right: Not all stones are created equal, and these teardrop Agates with otherworldly banding are my point in case. Together with tiny button pearls they are set into a 22k gold & silver-plated base (6.5cm) Timeless simplicity with a bang!

Bottom left:  On offer are contemporary pearl earrings - photographed in the intense Australian summer sun.  The pearls are organic studs in form of baroque round "pancake" pearls connected to silver lattice work and organic pearl drops to complete the perfect little trifecta. The pearls are set into a silver plated & 22k gold-plated base  are 6.7cm long and lightweight.

Bottom right:

The real heroines of these statement earrings are blue flashy Labradorite focal stones, which are notoriously hard to photograph (see image on right).
Appearing grey at first sight, these stones shimmer in fiery blue in this stone, aptly called “Labradorescence”.
The Inuit believe the Northern Lights are captured and now live inside the stone – a lore that much more aptly describes the incredible light interplay of Labradorite. These are some of the bluest Labradorites I have ever come across!
Set into a 22k gold & silver-plated base  these very contemporary earrings are  7.4cm long .

Hi Kirsten! I still remember when I met you all those years ago at The Rock Markets. I remember your beautiful pieces of jewelry on display and how my heart and eyes were drawn to them straight away. You were kind and helpful and just a little bit unsure how things would go for you. Look at you now. I am proud of you, you have stuck to your vision, and kept your belief in yourself.
You have come such a long way since those days. Your jewelry pieces are a feast for the eyes. All the best to you as always. Stay safe and happy.
