There’s a particular kind of colour you only really see when you slow down—hovering over a giant clam long enough for your eyes to settle. Nothing brash. Just layers. Blue-green that hums under the surface, browns that carry warmth, and then—suddenly—that electric flare. The kind of light that behaves like the northern lights: shifting,  and completely arresting when it hits.

So I chose an extraordinary raw Kyanite and faceted Labradorite pendant to translate this experience, because together they hold that same quiet tension. Most of the time, they sit in restraint—but when the angle is right, the labradorescence ignites, throwing flashes of blue-green and molten gold that feel almost alive. I’ve pulled that warmth through with golden-brown pearls, added rhythm with tiny blue agates, and sharpened the line with silver-plated hematite chevrons. Everything anchored in a silver-plated base—clean, precise, letting the materials do the work.

The set is built for flexibility without fuss. Two necklaces, each with extender chains, wearable on their own for a more pared-back feel, or connected into one longer, more fluid piece that draws the eye downward.
The three pairs of earrings shift with your mood: a slightly spiky kyanite and pearl pair echoing the delicate, eyelash-like filtering structures of a clam’s siphon (7cm long); a clean, minimal labradorite drop that comes alive in the right light (6.9cm log); and small pearl nuggets for when you want something quiet but still considered.
