N°022 Statement Earrings - The Mallorca Collection

I came across this algal assemblage while snorkelling along the coast of Mallorca—soft pinks layered with deeper dusty rose, rising in delicate clusters like underwater foliage. It looked fragile, but held steady in the current. That balance of softness and structure stayed with me.

I used rose quartz and hematite intarsia for the main drop—gentle, translucent pink grounded by dark metallic edges. The small stones— opaque Peruvian pink opal, watermelon tourmaline, and garnet—reflect the subtle gradations in tone I saw in the algae, from pale to saturated. The silver elements mirror the flicker of light filtering through water. 

These earrings are about quiet strength, and the beauty that lives just below the surface, if you know where—and how—to look.
