N°78 Christmas 2025 Special Earrings

Meet my very first (and likely last!) Scorpio earrings — a 22-carat gold-plated base with labradorite that shimmers like trapped moonlight (7.5cm long).

As a young zoology student, I dreamed of seeing a real scorpion one day. The first one I met — in eastern Turkey near the Russian border — stung me right in the knee. Locals told me, quite helpfully, that I might die. There was no doctor for miles, so my friends bribed their way into an atomic research facility for treatment. (How’s that for a plot twist?)

Clearly, I survived.

Now, years later, I’ve turned that sting into sparkle — a little venom turned to glamour. Science meets style, and this time, I’m the one with the sting.
