Turquoise Therapy, No Appointment Needed

Sometimes inspiration isn’t found 20 metres underwater — it’s right there in the mirror, with a scarf the colour of shallow lagoons and the kind of mood that only turquoise can fix. These earrings are my unapologetic ode to my favourite colour — that milky, sunlit turquoise that feels like an instant serotonin hit.

The earthy counterpoint comes from rare Maligano jasper, a stone from Indonesia discovered only a few decades ago, with honeyed ochres and soft greys that balance the exuberance. It’s turquoise meeting terra firma — serenity meeting sass, set into a silver-plated base from Jaipur & Seoul.

At just 6.1 cm long, these are among my shortest pieces, but they pack a whole lot of attitude into every swing. Some days, the ocean doesn’t get to inspire me — I do.
