Symbols Reimagined, Colour Recharged for a Luminous Day

This set started with the Ethiopian cross—a shape far older than any single religion, a symbol of directions, cosmos, and continuity long before it was tied to doctrine. Ethiopian artisans were famously free to reinterpret it, turning the cross into abstract geometry, visual theology, personal identity. That spirit of creative liberty is what drew me in.

From there, everything else snapped into place. The outer necklace is a riot of bright green sea-sediment jasper slabs, each one looking like a satellite image of fertile earth after rain—organic fractures, vivid chlorophyll greens, hints of sand and stone.
The inner necklace is more restrained: tiny cubes of Peruvian amazonite, a central luminous pearl, and silver-plated hematite arrows that give it a modern edge.

The earrings echo the same language. The statement pair, at 6.5 cm, links gold crescent moons with silver sea-sediment-bound drops—bold, lunar, architectural. The smaller pair leans into gold mandala discs and bright jasper, lighter but no less joyful.

Whether worn alone or stacked, the set hits that sweet spot between ancient symbolism and contemporary vibrance, with just enough Middle Eastern sun in its palette to make your whole energy lift.
